Confirmed orders with payments will be shipped on the next business day.
No shipment on Sundays & Public Holidays.
The estimated delivery time in Thailand is within 2 business days.
We will send you a tracking number to track your order by e-mail, you can also track your order through your personal account on the site. We ship all orders at lunchtime, but we only receive the tracking link in the evening, so please be patient.
Attention! Your order may be packaged and shipped in multiple parcels and from different warehouses if you purchased items in different categories.

it and are not responsible for the speed of delivery. However, we will ship your order according to
the deadlines posted. If the order does not arrive, we will help to start an investigation for you,
but we cannot resend or refund an order once it has been shipped.
